The final challenge of Project Quilting 8.6!

Project QUILTING 8.6: TIME IS UP!

Life has been very hectic once again. I don't know how I did it, but I was able to do three of Project Quilting 8.6 challenges!

There was the Dresden Village for 8.4

There was the Memories of a Well Dressed Man for 8.5

And for the final challenge, Always - Alan Rickman as Snape for 8.6.

Voting will begin on Sunday afternoon. Check out Persimon Dreams: Time is up! Challenge 6 of Project QUILTING Season 8

There are some amazing quilts in this round! You need to check them all out as of right now, "Always" is #57.

Off to get some sleep, but I hope you enjoy looking at the quilts and quilted objects.

Ciao for now,
J

Back!

WOW! It has been a very long time since I blogged! In the meantime life has really gotten in the way.

For now, I'll just say that life's challenges are being faced head on, my step-father is being evaluated for palliative care, my mom is still hosting awesome dinners, my sister is nursing a badly sprained ankle (which means that she can't run for the next six to eight weeks), my child is off on the West Coast vegging... My step-son and family are doing well, one of my SIL is turning 70 and there is a family get-together in the works. So with challenges are some positive actions.

One of my favorite past times is quilting and to this there are challenges that Kim Lapacek from Persimon Dreams has a challenge Well Dressed Man Challenge-8.5 that I made a quilt for. Trying to find a good picture is difficult...

So this was taken in regular light...                           Better... Still not happy with the color...

I can't believe that these are all the same shirt and tie!

Okay, off to post this to the Challenge Blog. Please go vote on Sunday afternoon!

I am going to make an effort to post each weekend. Nudge me if you don't see one!

Ciao for now :)
